Kid's Christmas Class- Make and decorate a festive snack plate and ornaments

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Join us at our Avalon Beach pottery studio for 2.5 hour class to create and decorate your own festive Christmas 'snack' plate and tree ornaments. What You Will Learn: - Basics of slab and coil building to create unique decorations - Use a variety of stencils, cutters and stamps to create personalised ornaments - Decorate your pieces with a selection of underglazes. What is supplied: - A 2.5 hour guided class at our studio - Light refreshments and snacks (If your child has an allergy or intolerance please provide a snack) - All tools and materials - Firing of your pieces - Bring home glazed decorations (ready to collect 1-2 weeks after) What to bring: - Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (Aprons are provided) - Any pictures or ideas of what you want to create Who is this class designed for: - Kids, 9-12 years old - Beginners, so no experience needed - Anyone keen to get their hands dirty and create something unique and festive Please note: - Glazed pieces will be ready for pick up 1-2 weeks after class (you will receive a text when ready for pick up).
