Caring for your ceramics

All pieces are fired to stoneware. Items without gold lustre are suitable for the dishwasher and microwave.

Pieces decorated with gold lustre contain real gold, so hand washing is recommended.

Returns + Refunds

All sales are considered final, but if you are unhappy with the items received please contact us and we will do our best to

accommodate you. Lulu + Smith ceramics are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping, however, if your order

arrives damaged contact us within 24 hours and we will send a replacement.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock online, send us an email (hello@luluandsmith) and we can typically make it for you within 10 days.

Shipping

Please allow between 3-5 business days for processing and packaging of your order. Once shipped, you'll receive a notification

via email with tracking info and you should have your ceramics in hand soon.
