CARING FOR YOUR CERAMICS
All pieces are fired to stoneware. Items that are fully glazed (without lustre) can be put in the dishwasher and microwave. Handwashing is recommended for pieces decorated with gold and/or pearl lustre.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
All sales are considered final, but if you are unhappy with the items received please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Lulu and Smith ceramics are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping, however, if your order arrives damaged contact us within 24 hours and we will send a replacement.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock online, send us an email (hello@luluandsmith) and we can typically make it for you within 14 days.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 and $10 flat (standard postage) shipping for orders under $300. Please allow between 3-5 business days for processing and packaging of your order. Once shipped, you'll receive a notification via email with tracking info and you should have your ceramics in hand soon.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY + STUDIO PICKUP
We are now offering free local delivery (Palm Beach to Mona Vale) and pickup from our Avalon Beach studio. Please allow 1-2 days for drop-off.
