This stoneware clay vase is handbuilt and therefore a slightly irregular and playful shape. The textured white clay body is hand decorated with fern green and jade stripes. 
 
The exterior of the vase is unglazed to highlight the tactile texture of the clay and matt finish of the underglaze. The inside is glazed and fully functional, so water can be added.
 
This piece is handbuilt and hand painted with underglaze, therefore designs and sizes may vary.  Each item is designed and handmade in small batches at our studio in Avalon Beach, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. 
 
Each piece is sold separately and designed to mix and match with other lulu and smith pieces.
